Mobile Diesel, Truck and Equipment Repair Services

Every service NYC Mobile Diesel Repair Co. performs, grouped by what has actually gone wrong. All work is carried out at your vehicle or equipment — 24/7 across New York and New Jersey.

NYC Mobile Diesel Repair Co. dispatches mobile diesel technicians to trucks, fleets, trailers, generators and construction equipment across New York City, Westchester County and North Jersey. Every service below is performed at your location — a fleet yard, warehouse, job site, terminal, parking area or a safe roadside breakdown point.

Diesel Engine and Fuel Systems

Engine-side work on commercial diesel power units, from performance complaints to hard-start and fuel-delivery faults.

Diagnostics and Electrical

Fault tracing before parts are replaced — symptoms, live data and circuit testing narrow the cause first.

DPF, DEF and Aftertreatment

Emissions-system faults that derate a truck or stop it regenerating.

Brakes and Suspension

Stopping and ride-control components on tractors, straight trucks and trailers.

Roadside and No-Start Service

Unplanned failures that take a vehicle out of service without warning. Call dispatch first for anything blocking a lane or a loading bay.

Fleet and Preventive Maintenance

Planned work scheduled around your operating hours rather than around a breakdown.

Trailer Repair

Trailer-side work performed where the trailer is parked or staged.

Truck Repair by Vehicle Class

The same mobile service, described by the kind of unit it is applied to.

Generator, Construction and Equipment Repair

Diesel-powered assets that are not highway vehicles are serviced under the same mobile model: standby and portable generators, excavators and loaders, compactors, lifts, pumps, compressors, hydraulic equipment and rental machinery. Because the scope depends heavily on access and the specific unit, equipment work is quoted per call — describe the machine, its location and the fault when you contact dispatch and we will confirm what can be done on site.

How a Service Call Works

  1. You call or submit a request. Dispatch is answered 24/7 on (929) 687-5503. Tell us the vehicle or equipment type, the exact location, and what changed — starting behaviour, warning lights, power loss, leaks, noises, or whether the unit still moves.
  2. We confirm whether the job is suitable for on-site work. Some repairs need a shop, a lift, or a tow. We say so before dispatching rather than after arriving.
  3. A service call and diagnostic charge is quoted before dispatch. It covers travel and the diagnostic time needed to identify the fault, and it is confirmed to you on the call — you are never dispatched to an unquoted charge.
  4. Diagnosis first, then an estimate. Once the fault is identified, we contact you with the parts and labour estimate. No repair beyond the agreed diagnostic work begins until you authorise it.
  5. The repair is carried out on site where parts, access and safety allow. If it cannot be completed on site, we tell you what is required instead.
  6. Payment on completion. Card and standard commercial payment methods are accepted at the vehicle. Fleet and account billing is available for businesses with an approved account — ask dispatch to set one up.

After-hours, weekend and holiday calls may carry an additional emergency-response charge. It is quoted on the same call as the service-call charge, before a technician is dispatched.

Parts and labour warranty. Repairs are covered by a workmanship warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty supplied with them. The applicable terms are confirmed in writing on your invoice — see our Service Terms & Warranty page.

Service-call, diagnostic and after-hours rates vary by vehicle class, location and time of day. Call dispatch for the rate that applies to your job.
